Frustrated

Was completing a purchase from on buy , when asked to make payment, The only option presented for me to pay was by Pay-pal! I do not wish to use this method of paying! Why no VISA OPTION? John.

The telescopic gutter cleaner you supplied is faulty. It was supplied to Christopher NEWELL , the old dairy bungalow, Hawks Road, BN27 1NG. You need to send a replacement.

I ordered a Panasonic Nnds596bbpq microwave on 2nd of June today is the 12th and no sign of it or even the courtesy of a message from Onbuy totally disappointing service and tracking history was forever saying the same thing, I emailed them and still no response so very concerned that this company may not be legitimate very very poor service

Useless customer service!

Ive been trying to contact them and the seller for 4/5 days now without any response. I have no information about dispatch, tracking or delivery of my order which was ordered almost 10 days ago! They dont have any phone number either. Never come across such a useless company! Order Placed: 13th May 2022 Order Number: TPRGM6 Delivery: Standard Sold By: Wowdeals247

User's recommendation: Be aware that their customer service is useless and not sure if I’ll even receive my order in the end.
