I bought according to the advert a totally battery powerd charge Fruugo Fan heater but on arrival it is just a normal plug electric fan heater that I could have bought anywhere
I ordered according the the Fruugo advert a battery powerd charge up no wire,s but when it came the same fan as in th advert it is just an ordinary plug in heater fan which I could of bought anywhere for a third of the price ,also I ordered a blue one but I got green one
that was 3 or 4 pounds cheaper than the black or blue ones but still paid the same price, I have all the photos of the advert which dose not show a wire anywhere thay been taken so you can't the wires . Trying to get in touch with onbuy is a complete waste of time being that advert is one hundred percent false advertising even filling this in I won't probably get any feed back Thank you onbuy

Absolutely atrocious customer service.
Extremely vague and dismissive of any query you have. Makes up different stories as to where the order is or was? First it was lost in transit, then it was lost in the warehouse and they had no access to it? Then promised fast delivery, gave me a random tracking number but didn't provide the courier at first.
Now he wants to refund me? TOTAL SCAMMER and a waste of time. Getting the OnBuy customer care team involved is absolutely useless too, it was my understanding that they verify these sellers but clearly they don't. Ordered these on the 25th November and still never received the goods that I paid £60 for.
I'm not counting on receiving them at all either. All you're met with is excuse after excuse.
Just save your time and money and don't buy from this seller or anything from OnBuy in my opinion.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I contact you here to say where on earth is my order I STILL have not received it and you reply convinced you have sent it and ends my case! I still have no order no tracking number no proof of delivery no delivery , i have checked i live with my small family i know of every delivery that comes through my door and im honestly telling you hand on my heart i really truly did not recieve my onbuy order of the Britney spears fantasty perfumes package from you at all hence why i am taking all this time out to have to message you about this!
